Although I'm not a professionally trained chef I have always had a love for food and healthy cooking.  I grew up in a home where my mother cooked all the time and always included me in the process.  The kitchen is by far my favorite place to hang in my house!  I love creating new recipes and teaching others how to use simple ingredients and techniques to make delicious meals.  My healthy cooking classes are totally customizable so that I can teach you the things you really want to learn to cook in the comfort of your own kitchen. 

All classes include:

  • Pre-planning the lesson with you and providing recipe printouts
  • A simple nutrition lesson with take home information
  • 2-3 hours of class, including an informative grocery store tour
  • A delicious and healthy meal to enjoy along with a new skill set!
