What is a Holistic Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a wellness professional and supportive mentor who motivates and guides individuals in making positive health choices.  They not only educate but also provide support and coaching to help clients reach their health goals through behavior and lifestyle adjustments.  As more and more people are starting to shift their awareness towards preventative care, health coaching is becoming a vital tool for change. 

Holistic Health Coaches not only coach and educate clients on diet and exercise, but also on a number of other things that may effect their health: spirituality, relationships, finances, careers, social life, stress levels, and environmental factors.


My Training

Along with a B.S. in Dietetics, I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I have been trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle caching methods.  I believe in the importance of treating each client as an individual, and strive to create a program that suits their unique body, lifestyle, and wellness goals.

My Program

My Health Coaching Program will help you achieve the following:

Your 6-month program includes:

  • Two 1-hour sessions per month (either by phone or in-person)
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • Coaching and support to help you make diet and lifestyle changes you want
  • Simple and informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
