Drink your Kale!

Kale is one of the most nutrient dense super-foods, packed with antioxidants, Vitamin K, C and Calcium. If you don’t love it raw or steamed, why not drink it! Here is a simple and tasty juice recipe to get your daily dose of kale.

2 stalks dino kale
3 small chunks of pineapple
2 slices of apple
1 stalk celery
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
3 ice cups
1.5 cups water

Blend all ingredients in a blender or bullet until smooth. Run the juice through a sieve to eliminate any pulp, and enjoy!
