30 Minute Full Body Blast

Short on time….isn’t everyone?  Being too busy with work and life is no excuse to skip your daily workouts.  Here is a high intensity, full body, 30 minute workout you can easily squeeze into even the busiest of days.

Warm Up:
3 minutes Jump Roping

3 Sets of 1 minute w/ 15 seconds rest in between:
Walking Lunges with Dumbbell Overhead Press
T-Push Ups
Squat Jumps
Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
Mountain Climbers

Cooldown and Stretch
3 minutes

Boom! Done…..back to work.
