Blueberry + Oats Smoothie

Adding rolled oats to your smoothies is a great way to get more fiber, protein, and an extra boost of energy.  This is a more filling smoothie recipe that can be treated as a meal replacement or is a great option for post-workout meal.

Blend all ingredients on high until desired smoothness 


1 cup blueberries

1/2 banana

1 cup plain keifer (can also use greek yogurt)

1/2 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

Handful of ice
